Assuming you’re aware of your thoughts; it’s impossible for you to have a negative state-of-mind, without first being…judgemental. Now the judgement I’m talking about has nothing to do with making intelligent decisions, but everything to do with the chatter-in-your-head whose judgements can leave you stressed and fearful.

We judge everything, all the time, because we’ve been educated to be judgemental. However, the one thing we unknowingly judge more than any other is…our self.

For example, how many times has the judgemental chatter-in-your-head told you that “you’re not good enough or smart enough or don’t have what it takes…so why try?”

Judgement is perhaps the most insidious mental activity you can entertain.
