Stay curious! Some years ago, Bill Gates from Microsoft said during an interview that he required from his managers, an annual report detailing what they thought was possible from their department.

Bill went on to say, “I would take a week off to read the papers.”

Why did he do this? Because he was curious to learn from his managers, what they thought was possible.
